Georgy Fomenko. Inclusive Green Growth for Sustainable Development of Russia
The growth of imbalances in commodity markets, climate change, the transition to a new technological order and the growing technological gap between countries have led to the fact that their joint impact on development cannot be accurately predicted, and the world is coming to a phase transition point. Obviously, in the transition to a new state of sustainability, it is necessary that the new development scenario becomes compatible with the survival of humanity.
For Russia, it is important that the country was competitive and could adequately enter into new markets for goods and services. Such a formulation of the problem implies a transition to a “green” economy and affects environmental management, since the existing methods of state regulation currently lag behind the pace of technological development.
