Methodological elaboration of issues of biodiversity conservation management, organization and planning of SPNA activities

The given field of activity includes a complex of information-analytical, methodological and planning-designing developments including engineering decisions on nature management aimed at increasing effectiveness of biodiversity conservation, including:

• development of regional programmes of biodiversity conservation;
• development of programme and methodological documents on improving management of SPNA of federal importance, including the development of scientific research and environmental monitoring, environmental tourism, etc.;
• development of plans of management of SPNA of federal importance.

The above development are based on (1) modern methodologies on planning activities on biodiversity conservation, (2) basic approaches to increasing economic value of ecosystem services provided by SPNA and objects of biodiversity as a part of natural capital (according to methodological approaches of SEEA), (3) methods of engineering development of SPNA infrastructure and и (4) modern methods of precaution and conflict resolution in the field of ecosystem services provided by SPNA.
