Development of methodological approaches of integration of environmental and health risks in territorial planning (towns and rural settlements)

The given field of activity includes a complex of analytical, engineering interdisciplinary approaches that allows to use clear quantitative and qualitative characteristics and criteria of actual and potential damage to environment and human health for introduction of geoecological and riskological procedures in decision-making on territorial development, based on the following works:

¾ Identification of share input of sources of negative impact of various groups in negative health impact, assessment of priorities and ranking of environmental measures with assessment of their effectiveness by indicators of residual risk including addressing issues of target financing;

¾ Calculated identification of priorities for forming territorial schemes of observation of the state of the environment, identification of functional zones with the account of clear quantitative criteria of acceptability of residual risk to human health;

¾ Assessment of efficiency of proposed designing decisions in the course of highway construction with the account of decreasing risk and acoustic load on urban and rural settlements;

¾ Mapping of zones of acoustic discomfort and risk load related to negative impact of transport for optimizing and assessing effectiveness of noise protection measures;

¾ Implementation of approaches to assessment of risk to human health in setting requirements to objects of technical regulation and designing processes (including research).
